I recognise the continuous and deep connection to Country of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the First Peoples of this nation. In this way, I respect and acknowledge the custodians of the waterways, the land, the sky, and all that inhabits this place. I pay tribute to the Elders past, present and emerging.

Being transparent in my counselling practice is a value of mine. Transparency builds rapport, and rapport is fundamental to the therapeutic alliance. In that same spirit, I want those who follow me to understand how I use AI in developing my content. The ideas, stories and perspectives I share are always my own. I use AI as a writing assistant to help me refine and express them. My voice, my values, my words. Always.
