About

I bring a warm, compassionate presence to my work, grounded in a trauma-informed, collaborative approach. My counselling draws on evidence-based modalities including Strengths-Based, Person-Centred, Narrative, and Creative Arts Therapies. I understand that seeking support can take courage, and that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. I meet clients where they are, offering a flexible and individualised service that empowers and supports meaningful change through both counselling and therapeutic processes.

I’m an experienced group facilitator and the founder of Hand, Heart & Soul (2008–2014), a community-based women’s group created to foster connection through shared experiences. My early work focused on providing spaces for women to express, explore, and experience life, thus creating ripples of wellbeing across their families and communities.

Following further education, I worked extensively with victims of serious crime, providing crisis counselling, liaison with police and courts, and preparing Victim Impact Statements. My experience includes working with those impacted by Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) across various settings—from court support and Intensive Family Services to DFV refuges for women and children.

While Hand, Heart & Soul remains close to my heart, my focus has broadened. Today, I support individuals navigating trauma, grief, and life’s challenges—through counselling, processes and therapeutic group work. Let me walk alongside you as you rebuild your resilience and reclaim your sense of self and wellbeing.
